We currently ship BAADL orders within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. Tiny business reality, unfortunately.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. BAADL may offer flat-rate shipping, discounted shipping, or free shipping promotions from time to time.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the option will appear at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on location and carrier service.

Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately:
3–7 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or incorrect addresses may affect delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your label is created.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check around your delivery area
  • Ask neighbors or your building/mailroom
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • Email us so we can help guide next steps

BAADL is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to support you through the claims process.

International Shipping

At this time, BAADL may not offer international shipping. If international shipping becomes available, rates, delivery timelines, duties, and taxes will be shown at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges.
